Questions about example sentences with, and the definition and usage of "Lassi"

A: Lassi is actually quite popular at Indian restaurants, but i've never seen it solid. It's usually served as a drink. So you can just say "lassi" I think. If someone doesn't understand, you can say "it's an Indian yogurt drink" (maybe it's not only Indian, I don't know).
