A:
The first one is good.
The second one is technically correct but it is easy to see how it could be very confusing in many circumstances. I wouldn’t use it if I were you.

Q:
Как сказать на Английском (американский вариант)? hi.I'm a learner of English language.now I'm working on present perfect continues.how can I say I just finished reading a book 5 hours ago.is it true:"I've been finishing a book 5hours ago"?
A:
Present continuous implies that the action is currently on-going. "Ago" implies that it is finished.
You would need to use past continuous:
"I was finishing a book 5 hours ago."
If you said that, I would assume that something interrupted you or happened either just before or just after you finished that you are now going to tell me about. I wouldn't use that sentence on its own just to tell someone I had finished a book.

A:
When I was young, I learned sentences quickly by reading a lot. If you immerse yourself (watch movies in english, watch tv shows, listen to songs, read books, etc.) it'll be easier for you to think in English. Seeing which word a native speaker would use helps too. Try to talk to as many native english speakers as you can. If you want my wechat I'll give it to you :^)
