A: Religous refers to strctured practices. You go to religous ceremonies at church on Sundays.

Spiritual implies less structure, and a smaller group. A congregation (the group of people who go the same church) might be hundreds of people, but a spiritual ceremony usually won't have more than 20 people there.

Spiritual is also used mostly to describe non-western practices.
