A: For counting, "two second" is incorrect. "two seconds" is correct. "two" is more than one, so you must use the plural form.

If it is used as an adjective, then "2 second" is correct and the plural form is incorrect. Ie. "I'll give you a 2-second headstart."

A: In this case, "like" here could mean "what seems like". Or it's just used as a meaningless filler. "I like stepped away from there like for like 10 seconds and like it was like gone." It's only used when talking, though, as it's a slang.
