A: In my opinion, I don’t think it would be necessary to put “have” twice in this kind of sentence :
I’ve travelled and spoken to many people from other countries.

Although, I think it would sound more natural to put “have” twice in this sentence instead :
I’ve travelled to many countries and have spoken to many people of different races.

This is just my opinion though :D
