A: It looks like an error in the subtitles. That happens a lot in subtitles that can be downloaded. Maybe these were not downloaded, but I can make nothing else of this.
It looks like a movie about William Chester Minor. "The dictionary" makes sense, because he contributed to Oxford's English dictionary. But "vywer" makes no sense at all.
