Agriculture in Japan has been suffering from aging and lack of successors for decades. The traditional style of farming, where individual farmers owned their own rice fields and machines, cannot exist any more. More and more farmers have been trying to cooperate and form a company. The number of such corporations has increased by one and a half times during the last decade.

I think you might be talking about farmers joining together to form a cooperative. "Cooperatives provide a method for farmers to join together in an 'association', through which a group of farmers can acquire a better outcome, typically financial, than by going alone." The above sentence was taken from Wikipedia entry on Agricultural cooperatives. Many famous brands in the US are cooperatives. Your sentence structure is very good.

In this case, I meant something like a private company, or companies. There is already JA, - Japanese agriculture association - in Japan, of which most of the farmers were, and still are, members.
JA provides financial support and buys up the produce of the member farmers, but otherwise each farmer is left pretty much on their own.
