@Milo_2010 If you want to describe your hotel, you could say:
"A common hotel": it means that the hotel is exactly what you expect from it. It's a good hotel. It has got bedrooms, a hall, things that hotels usually have. It's common. There's nothing especially good or especially bad about it.
"An ordinary hotel/not special hotel": it means that the hotel is basic, it lacks something. It's not necessarily terrible, but there's nothing special about it, nothing that makes it stand out. It's just a basic place.
"An usual hotel": it wouldn't sound very natural to me, I think this word shouldn't be used within this context! :)
I would say that:
"A common hotel" would be an average place (2.5-3 stars)
"An ordinary hotel" would be a little below average place (2.25-2.5 stars)
"Common" sounds slightly better than "ordinary".

I want to say about the hotel that I stayed. I stayed a hotel that is for business trip. It's common hotel for business trip.

1) Common
If something is "common" this means that many people can relate to it or have it. If I said:
"A white shirt is a common outfit."
It means that many people have white shirts. It's common to have a white shirt. A lot of people have it.
2) Ordinary / Not Special
These two are equivalents. If something is "ordinary" or "not special", this means that it is plain. If I said:
"A white shirt is an ordinary outfit."
I'm not saying that many people have white shirts. I'm saying that a white shirt is nothing special. There's nothing great about it! It's just a white shirt, it's plain, it's ordinary.
3) Usual
"Usual" is slightly different because it implies habit or regular behaviour. If I said:
"A white shirt is an usual outfit."
I'm saying that wearing a white shirt is customary, people do it all the time. I'm not saying that a lot of people have a white shirt... I'm saying wearing a white shirt is usual. It's about a habit.

They all have the same meaning, but they are used in different contexts and sentences to make them sound better

Ordinary means usual, having no special qualities, common means something well-known, those two expressions are pretty much the same, ordinary is a bit more formal though.

Well I agree with the others these words all mean pretty much the same thing, it just depends on the situation. Another word that you might want to add to that list is”regular”

@Milo_2010 I would say it's an ordinary hotel, or regular hotel, or average hotel, with a neutral connotation if you are implying that
