Вопрос про Английский (американский вариант)

Hi guys, can you please help me correct this text? Thank you

Simulation 1.1.

Should parents be the only responsibles in educating their offspring regarding being a good citizen, or conversely, should teachers play a more imperative role in this respect? There are divergent views on this matter.
As far as parents are concerned, there is no denying the fact that children spend more of time with them. As children learn by immitation, parents must may sure that they set a good example. For instance, were a parent to respect the traffic lights and pedestrians while he is driving, it is highly likely that the child would emulate this demeanor when he grow up. The same happens if a parent throws garbage to the street. The child would repeat what he sees, albeit it is a bad act. For the aforementioned reasons, under no circumstances should parents demand that their offspring behave well, when they are neither good citizens nor follow the rules. What is important is that parents display good behaviors and explain children the necessary criteria to be a good citizen.
Having say that, it stands to reason that teachers also spend a great deal of time with their teachers. More often than not, children are full of admirarion of their teachers, thus, not only do they need they teach children about the subject with which they are acknowledgeable, but they also teach about values and how is expected that a person behaves in society.
In conclusion, I would say that there is no doubt that both parents as well as teachers have a great responsibility when it comes to children education. It goes without saying that the more a child acknowledges the importance of following the rules that are impossed to live in harmony, the better citizen he will become in the long run.
