While I was watching the movie named ‘Intern’, I have a quick question.
In the scene where Jules’ secretary was reporting her what she has to do,
Her secretary said “So is your 11:10. Finance needs you.”

What does ‘so’ mean in here?

Ahhh don't feel awkward, it's what this website is made for :) "so" in that sentence kinda means also. "so is..." is a common term that means "xxx is also...". It's always used to add onto something previously said.
So, another way to rephrase the original sentence is "Your 11:10 is also xxx." (xxx because I don't know what was previously said.)
That might be super confusing so I'll just give you some examples lol
"Her shirt is pink."
"So is mine!" (my shirt is pink too)

"My ten o'clock appointment is booked; so is my eleven o'clock." (My ten o'clock appt. is booked and my eleven o'clock appt. is also booked)

"When she cries, so does he." (When she cries, he cries too)
