Is this natural? What can I do to make my sentences better?
1) To prevent heinous crimes, society needs to restrict access to violent media.
2) For years, psychologists have researched the connection between violence and the media.
3) Children especially are vulnerable to these media.
4) Therefore, watching brutal TV shows for a long time, children are likely to be more aggressive in their teenage years.

Or are influenced by this kind of media.
The reason I used this rather than the plural these is because media itself is singular.
If you said violent TV shows in this sentence, shows would make it plural and then it would be these.

Or are influenced by this kind of media.
The reason I used this rather than the plural these is because media itself is singular.
If you said violent TV shows in this sentence, shows would make it plural and then it would be these.
