When you ask this type of question, the correct way to ask it is "What is the difference between..." instead of "What the different are between...".
Each word has more than one meaning, but my answers describe the main meaning of each word:
"manage" - to be in charge of something that is being run
"do" - perform an action (where the situation is not specified)
"realise" - become aware of something that is true
"perform" - do an action, task or function
"execute" - put (a plan, order, or course of action) into effect

Yeah that’s make sense but I meant what is the difference between these words.
Is it mean the same and I can say every sentence at every situation ?

"I managed / am managing a project" is the most apprpriate if you were actually the project manager, the one in charge. If not, then "you took / are taking part in the project".
"I'm doing / did a project" is OK but would be used in informal speech rather than a CV.
I would not say realising or performing a project. One can realise a plan, or realise a dream, meaning make it come into being (literally make it real), which is what the project does. The project itself is real as soon as you start it!
One does not 'perform' the project; one can perform a task, meaning to act it out, like performing a role in a play or performing a piano concerto. You can perform the task of managing the project but not the project itself.
Probably clear as mud?
