In this sentence “ all my begging seemed to do was make mom sure i should do it”
I’d a little confused about “seemed to do was” combination. I wonder how you use this and if i say “…seemed to make…” instead of it, is it wrong or correct?
I’ll be grateful if you could give me some examples too.

The first thing I noticed is that your original sentence is missing a lot of prepositions. That’s fine – it’s normal to drop one here or there. But first let’s try it with all of them put back in –

All that my begging seemed to do was to make mom sure that I should do it.

That’s two thats and one to. It’s possible that replacing them makes it a little easier to understand?

If not, here’s some other examples –

All that he ever seems to do is play call of duty and order more nacho chips.

I still loved her, although all we ever seemed to do was argue about things that we both agreed didn’t matter.
