Very good except the first line in brackets. The verb tire is mostly used in past simple tense eg you feel tired and not really used in the simple present tense. Do you want to have another go using a different word?

So we have to use "if u have a fever, you feel tired"
But the rule is " if + simple present, simple present " here tired is v2 right? That's why I am confused

The zero conditional structure commands everything be in simple present tense. That’s why I suggested you chose another word other than tire eg hot and then cold, uncomfortable, awful, sick etc.
