In this sentence, what does 分かるように mean? The sentence seems to mean something like, 'If you look at this photo, as you will understand, there are various famous places in London', but I don't really know, because I don't understand 分かるように .

"分かるように" can transrate "この写真を見れば理解できるように".
"理解できるように" is "can understand".

And more,we usually use "このように".
↓
For example...after show London's pictures,
"このように、ロンドンはとても美しい街だという事がわかります".
As above can express.
