The sentence itself is fine, I don’t really understand the last part of it though. If you’re saying that the patient should necessarily see one of those specialists before the treatment begins, the “yet” is unnecessary.

@HarchMare This "yet" is supposed to emphasise the fact that they ought to do it BEFORE the treatment begins..

Нормально
In that case just write before without yet. It doesn’t leave much room for misinterpretation regarding the priority.
