This is one of those sentences where all the words are simple, but the sentence as a whole is hard to translate.

I'm not sure what word to use for 'life', 命、生活、生命、。。。I'll use 生活、but perhaps that makes the meaning a bit 'normal'.

For 'fight', here we mean 'make efforts', rather than 戦う。Looking in the dictionary, the best word I could find was ... ファイト (!). So, I'll use that.

For 'right', I could use 正しい、but I feel that the original has a nuance that I'm losing. So, I'm using 正しく選んだ。But, I'm still not sure on the nuance.

I want to use より but I'm not sure how to fit it in grammatically. I'll try, anyhow.

So, maybe:

正しく選んだもののためにファイトすれば、生活はより楽になります。
