Что значит "some days i just pick a random law and obey the sxxt out of it."

What did he mean by the sentence? He sometimes disobeys the law he randomly picked, or he thoroughly obeys the law?

@birmbert: That is a strange sentence. Anyway that means he will randomly pick a law and strictly obey it.

@brirob24: Thanks for your answering! However, it is true I wasn't sure if it is an appropriate sentence for this site to ask, because it is a kind of, say, "intended nonsensical sentence."
The guy who wrote this sentence is Bill Wurtz, who is well known for his artwork "History of Japan" on YouTube.
